Welcome to our Microsoft Teams help page! This is the right place to be if your clinician has offered you a telehealth appointment using Teams.

A few tips before you start:

  1. You do not need a Teams Account. The program might invite you to sign up, but there will ALWAYS be the option to simply “Join” the meeting.
  2. Please make sure you “Accept” permission to use your camera and microphone, otherwise your clinician won’t be able to see or hear you.

There are two options to connect.
